This past Saturday, our parish family came together for Sent to Serve, presented by All American Pet Resorts, our parish-wide mission day dedicated to putting our faith into action through service. It was a beautiful reminder that the Church is not only where we gather to worship, but also where we are sent forth to love and serve others.
We were blessed with a wonderful turnout of parishioners of all ages—families, children, students, adults, and ministry groups—who generously gave their time and energy to make a difference both on our Saint Paul campus and throughout our local community. From landscaping, cleaning, and campus improvement projects to serving at outreach locations across town, every act of service reflected Christ’s love in a tangible way.
The spirit of fellowship was just as present as the spirit of service. Parishioners worked side by side, built new friendships, and shared in the joy of serving together. It was especially meaningful to see multiple generations serving alongside one another, reminding us that mission belongs to all of us.
We would like to extend a very special thank you to our Title Sponsor, All American Pet Resorts, owned by parishioners Paul and Jennifer Bassler. Their generous support helped make Sent to Serve possible and allowed us to expand our reach and impact throughout the community. Their commitment to both our parish and our local community is a true witness of faithful stewardship, and we are deeply grateful for their partnership. We are also grateful to the Knights of Columbus Monsignor James R. Jones Council 3303, our Gold Sponsor, and General Contractor, John Audilet, Friend of Saint Paul, for their faithful support and dedication to serving our parish community.
Because of the generosity of our volunteers and sponsors, so much was accomplished in just one day—but even more importantly, hearts were strengthened and our parish mission was lived out in a powerful way.
Thank you to everyone who participated, donated supplies, and supported this special day. Sent to Serve is a reminder that when we come together in faith, even small acts of service can make a lasting impact.
We look forward to continuing this mission together next year.
