This fall, Saint Paul came alive with festive celebrations that combined faith, culture, and community fun!
To kick off the season’s excitement, the Saint Paul Catholic School Fall Festival was a wonderful evening of community fun. Families came together to celebrate the beautiful season the Lord has given us, enjoying a dunk tank, bouncy houses, and a variety of fun games and activities for the kids. Our raffle raised an incredible $25,000 to support the school, while everyone delighted in delicious food, wine, and beer. Students and their families had fun connecting and celebrating this joyful time of year.
Our All Hallows’ Eve/Dia de los Muertos gathering offered a joyful mix of crafts and food, honoring the Hispanic heritage of our parish, and a participating in a Saint Scavenger Hunt at the cemetery. Attendees dressed up as a beloved Saint, brought photos of departed loved ones to place on the ofrenda, prayed for our departed brothers and sisters. We spent this time reflecting that our God is the God of the living, and that we have the opportunity to live on forever in His glorious kingdom.
The Youth Group Halloween Party, expertly organized by our student leaders, was a huge hit. Attendees enjoyed pumpkin carving, costumes, trivia games, and even got to pie their leaders in the face during a playful trivia challenge! Two members of the leadership team shared inspiring talks on the parable of the mustard seed and spreading God's word, which led perfectly into the pumpkin carving contest.
Meanwhile, the Saint Paul School parade had everyone smiling as Father John accompanied the children on their trick-or-treat route around campus. The creativity, humor, and sheer adorableness of their costumes brought joy to all who attended.
This season’s festivities were a wonderful reminder of how our parish family celebrates our community together—honoring life, faith, and tradition while making memories for years to come.
