What a blessed morning to celebrate 100 years of the Diocese of Raleigh at the Centennial Mass of the Faithful at Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral on November 8th! It's always a joy to see our beloved priests and deacons process into the Cathedral. We also had the pleasure of seeing our very own Freddy Gomez, first-year seminarian and Saint Paul Catholic School Alumni, handing out programs at the door! Two of our Saint Paul Catholic School Knights also represented us in the procession. Archbishop Wilton Cardinal Gregory of the Diocese of Raleigh gave the homily and our very own musicians and singers of the Diocese of Raleigh provided the most beautiful music to accompany our celebration. May God continue to bless the Diocese of Raleigh...As Bishop Luis says, "the best Diocese in the world!"
